Highland Homes Roofing

Highland Homes Roofing is a roofing contractor in Sebastian, Florida. The company installs, repairs, and maintains residential roofs across Indian River, Brevard, and St. Lucie Counties, working with asphalt shingles, metal, and clay and concrete tile, as well as stone-coated steel metal tile roofing. It has served the Treasure Coast since 1986 and holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it.

The company describes its installation process in detail: a thorough inspection of the existing deck, removal of old materials, and clean prep before new roofing goes on. Every installation includes underlayment, flashing at all penetrations, and a final walkthrough with the homeowner. Highland Homes pulls the permits, handles the inspection, and closes out the job. Most residential installations are complete in one to three days, with drop cloths on landscaping, tarps on the AC unit, a magnetic nail sweep twice, and daily cleanup. The crew has never been subcontracted; the same team handles each roof from start to finish under an experienced foreman. Pricing is done by the square after walking the roof and inspecting the deck, with a written, line-item quote valid for 30 days. The company also offers same-day emergency repair service when possible, and for storm damage it works directly with insurance carriers, documents the damage, and can meet an adjuster on-site. Written workmanship warranties are provided, and manufacturer warranties are registered in the homeowner's name. Affordable monthly payments are available.

The business is on Hewlett Drive, about 0.2 miles from Sebastian Boulevard and VFW Post 10210, and roughly 0.3 miles from Riverview Park and a veterans memorial. Sebastian Elementary School is about 0.6 miles away, and Mel Fisher's Treasures is about 0.8 miles away.

Highland Homes Roofing is veteran-owned and locally operated, and its crew has stayed in-house rather than subcontracted across four decades of roofing on the Treasure Coast. Homeowners in and around Sebastian looking for shingle, metal, or tile work can reach a company that has been roofing its neighbors' homes since 1986.
