She has studied cross-cultural forms of energy healing and Shamanism since 2008 and has been a certified Yoga Instructor since 2006. Since 2000, she has expanded her knowledge of the human body, the role of the mind, and the healing of the spirit, drawing on her own path of healing from chronic illness. The approach is psycho-somatic and trauma-informed. Nurturing Sol identifies and addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual barriers that keep individuals from vibrant, embodied health, working to correct the root causes of imbalance. The philosophy holds that the client is the central focus of the healing process, that each person is a unique and multi-dimensional being, and that lasting healing requires addressing mind, body, soul, and spirit together. Heather teaches and empowers clients to tap into their own power to heal. Assisted Lymphatic Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive technique that combines inert gas ionization, vibration, and light to stimulate lymph flow that manual drainage cannot reach. Heather is a certified lymphatic therapist experienced in working with clients who have had mastectomies, reconstructive surgery, lymph node removal, and other chronic health issues. The office sits on South Patrick Drive, about 0.1 miles from Satellite Beach Fire Department Station 55 and 0.2 miles from the Scotty Culp Municipal Complex. The Satellite Beach Police Department is about 0.3 miles away, as is Surfside Elementary School, and Scorpion Stadium is about 0.8 miles from the practice. Nurturing Sol Healing Arts has earned a 5.00 rating from its clients, reflecting the reputation Heather Leah has built in Satellite Beach through more than two decades of bodywork and holistic healing.
