This process takes a year to reach maximum clarity, meaning no wine is bottled until it is at least one year old to allow the bouquet and flavor to mature. The winery accepts clean, rinsed-out 750ml wine bottles, 12oz beer bottles, and 8oz canning jars, as well as 4 and 6 pk wine bags, carriers, and shipping boxes with inserts. They have never used a brand new wine bottle and rely on customers to help keep the cycle of recycled bottles going.
