Mr. Alaen Driving School of Sanford

Mr. Alaen Driving School of Sanford is a driving school in Sanford, Florida. It serves first-time teen drivers and adults seeking advanced skill development, teaching defensive and predictive driving rather than test preparation alone. Programs include private lessons and an official Florida road test administered on site by state-certified examiners, with the car provided at no extra cost. Instruction is available in English, Spanish and French. The school holds a 5.00 rating.

The school was founded by Alaen Fleitas, who serves as CEO, instructor and examiner, and who has more than 15 years of experience and has trained thousands of young drivers across Florida. Yskra Diaz is co-founder, instructor and examiner. The instructor team includes Daniel Lopez, Ramon Garcia, Johnny George, Nancy Campos, Eliezer Concepcion, Tony Farrell, Marc Polan, Christian Gonzalez, Brian Worrell, Franco Falcone and Charles Russell, with customer service staffed by Miriam Perez, Gabriella Olivas and Nyree McCullom. Lessons are built around defensive and predictive driving, structured to help students anticipate, adapt and make safe decisions in real traffic, with each program tailored to the individual for progressive growth and long-term confidence. The school frames its purpose around Florida's high teen accident rates, aiming to give young drivers lasting habits rather than a passing score.

The school sits on West Lake Mary Boulevard, about 0.1 miles from Boombah Sports Complex and roughly 1.1 miles from Moore Station Field. Orlando Sanford International Airport is about 1.3 miles away, and the airport fire department about 1.4 miles.

Families across Seminole and Orange County come to Mr. Alaen Driving School for instruction that extends past the exam, and the road test offered at its own Sanford facility keeps that preparation and licensing in one place.
