Resurgence Brewing Company is a brewery in San Carlos Park, FL, located at 6160 Exchange Ln, Fort Myers, FL. The establishment serves as a gathering spot for the community, offering craft beer, cocktails, hard cider, and brunch in a laid-back atmosphere designed for friends and family. The taproom features pub-centric food options including signature burgers, wings, and shareable snacks, alongside kids’ options and weekly specials. The company was founded by Jeff and Erin Ware, who moved from New York City to Buffalo, New York, in January 2012 after noticing a lack of beer garden spaces in their hometown. After two years of developing recipes in a kitchen using a 5-gallon system constructed from converted Coleman coolers, cooking pots, and a turkey fryer, they opened their original location on Niagara Street in June 2014. The brand now brews just under 5,000 gallons of beer a week and operates taprooms in both Buffalo and Fort Myers.

The Fort Myers location provides high-quality small batch craft beer and spirits in a community gathering environment. Guests can enjoy beer-complementing bites such as giant pretzels with homemade beer cheese, cooperage nachos, house-made fried pickles, and signature mac and cheese. The menu also includes salads, wings, and sliders, with various add-ons like bacon and pulled pork. The business emphasizes a philosophy of pleasant and fun experiences, aiming to be the industry standard for quality sips and community connection.

The business maintains a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting its standing as a local favorite for craft beer and food. This reputation is built on its commitment to providing high-quality beverages and a welcoming environment for both humans and pets.

Resurgence Brewing Company brings its Buffalo-born craft beer expertise and community-focused atmosphere to Fort Myers, offering a distinct gathering place for locals to enjoy quality drinks and food.
