This method retains fruit particles and nutrients that filtration removes. The winery has never used a brand new wine bottle; every bottle in circulation is recycled. Customers can return clean, rinsed-out 750ml wine bottles, 12oz. beer bottles, and 8oz. canning jars to support this cycle. The owners are committed to reducing their carbon footprint by eliminating the use of electricity from the grid and opting for alternative forms of energy whenever possible. Visitors can book wine tastings, which include an educational tour inside the Wine Cave where wines are aged. Reservations are required for groups of 10 or more. Guests can pre-order fresh-made Charcuterie Trays, which are prepared on the day of the visit using local ingredients. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
