Established in May 2018 by Blake Kleppe, the brewery began with a 5-bbl brewhouse in Palmetto, Florida. Co-owner James Herrholz joined the team in March 2019, bringing a focus on culinary and dessert-inspired beers that utilize inventive ingredients. In December 2023, the company secured a 10,000 square foot production facility in Walstonburg, North Carolina, equipped with a 20-bbl 3-vessel hot side to support distribution in Florida, North Carolina, and FL.

The brewery hosts weekly events such as Tuesday trivia, Wednesday Wingo, Thursday smash burger pairings with Tower10 Burger, and Saturday night karaoke. They also host various markets and club gatherings, including the Night Market with The June Collective and the Silent Book Club.
