Marie Merritt Coaching

Marie Merritt Coaching is a business consultant in Palm Valley, Florida, working with executives and high-performing professionals who want more consistent health, better energy, and sustainable habits. Marie Merritt is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer with more than 20 years of experience working with clients across a wide range of goals and demands. Her signature offering is Executive Health & Wellness Coaching, built around four areas: stress resilience, sleep and recovery, movement, and mindset. She also speaks and runs workshops and retreats.

The work is not about doing more. Most of the professionals she works with already know what to do for their health; the challenge is doing it consistently inside a full, demanding life. Rather than isolated habits or short-term plans, she builds structure, awareness, and support so health stops being the first thing pushed aside when life gets busy. The approach is grounded in behavior change and real-life application, and centers on identifying where things are not working, where someone is overextending, and what needs to shift so habits hold up under pressure. When stress resilience, sleep and recovery, movement, and mindset work together, clients are not relying on motivation or willpower.

In 2005 she opened Momentum Fit in Ponte Vedra Beach, and her path into this work began with a family in which health was not prioritized, and with fitness giving her a sense of ownership over her own life.

The practice sits on Palm Vly Rd, about half a mile from Texas Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway and Stuart Place Road, and roughly a quarter mile from the Wildwood Subdivision. Harlingen Country Club is about six-tenths of a mile away, and an emergency room is about seven-tenths of a mile from the office.

Marie Merritt Coaching holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the regard clients have for coaching that treats health as something that has to work alongside a demanding career rather than compete with it.
