Emerald Coast Stuttering

Emerald Coast Stuttering is a Speech Therapist in Pace, FL, located at 4273 Dana St. The practice provides online speech therapy for children, teens, and adults, serving families in multiple states. Founder Nikki Martin, M.S. CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their communication. Her approach focuses on reducing pressure, building confidence, and helping clients feel more comfortable communicating in everyday life. Sessions are collaborative and adapted to each person’s goals, available to clients wherever they are.

Nikki Martin established the practice after observing that many clients struggled to carry speech strategies into real-life situations. Her method focuses on reducing the pressure to speak a certain way and moving away from patterns like avoiding words. The goal is communication that feels natural and sustainable, rather than perfect speech. She is a Spero Ally of Stuttering® SLP and engages in ongoing education and advocacy within the stuttering community.

The practice treats stuttering in all age groups, as well as speech sound development, articulation, and language skills in children. A Comprehensive Communication Evaluation helps determine strengths and areas of need, guiding recommendations for monitoring or therapy. School-based and private therapy often serve different purposes, and the practice provides individualized support that complements classroom services. A free 15-20 minute consultation is available to discuss needs and determine if services are appropriate.

Emerald Coast Stuttering provides specialized, confidence-building speech therapy for residents of Pace and beyond, helping children, teens, and adults communicate more comfortably in their daily lives.

The practice sits on Dana Street, just 0.2 miles from Caroline Street, and is located about 0.7 miles from S S Dixon Elementary School.
