Mario's Auto Repair

Mario's Auto Repair is an auto repair shop in Miami, Florida. Family-owned on SW 5th Street since 1972, the shop works on domestic and Asian imports and handles brake repair, A/C repair, oil changes, alignment, batteries and alternators, diagnostics, CV joints and boots, radiators and water pumps, suspension, tires, tune-ups, and routine maintenance. Mario diagnoses every job himself and his ASE-certified team handles the execution. The shop holds a rating of 4.90 from the customers who have reviewed it. Mario learned the trade at his father's shop on SW 5th Street, which opened in 1972 when Mario was twelve. He swept floors and handed his father tools before leaving for high school, then returned to the shop. He still diagnoses every job himself. The shop's three promises center on pricing, guarantee, and communication. No work is done without an estimate and the customer's approval, and customers are called with the price and turnaround before any work begins. Every repair carries a one-year guarantee on parts and labor; if something the shop fixed fails inside that year, it is made right at no charge. Oil changes include draining and disposing of old oil according to Florida environmental regulations, a brand-matched oil filter, fresh oil in synthetic, conventional, blend, or high-mileage formula, drain plug gasket replacement when needed, a visual inspection of belts, hoses, fluid levels, and undercar components, a tire pressure check, and a reminder sticker for the next service interval. The shop sits on SW 5th Street, close to Southwest 12th Avenue and about a tenth of a mile from Southwest 7th Street. Riverside School is about two-tenths of a mile away, as are Southwest 8th Street, the Myaamia public artwork, and La Casa Del Teatro. Mario's Auto Repair has served Miami drivers since 1972, with Mario diagnosing every job himself and a one-year parts and labor guarantee standing behind each repair.
