The studio’s approach extends beyond standard architectural deliverables to include detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, photorealistic 3D renderings, and full construction documents. They coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and pool consultants while managing the permitting process. Senior Architectural Designer Louis Fuentess contributes to the team, which currently includes 41 staff members. The firm has completed 114 projects and maintains 46 current ones, building a reputation for excellence in high-end architecture and interior design in Miami, South Florida, and internationally.
