Founded and operated by local entrepreneur Sean Myatt, WTR DR is an owner‑run business in which the same person who provides a quote also performs the work, eliminating call centers and rotating technicians. Myatt grew up in Land O' Lakes and began his trade at age fourteen, later creating the company to address inconsistent service he observed in the area. The team tailors each service plan after inspecting the pool’s equipment and chemistry, aiming to catch issues early in Florida’s demanding heat and rain. Services extend beyond surface cleaning to include pump upgrades, filter replacements, comprehensive chemical balancing, and thorough equipment inspections that help extend the lifespan of pools and reduce long‑term repair costs. Customers receive clear, upfront pricing and consistent scheduling, so they always know when the crew will arrive and what work has been completed.

By combining local ownership with detailed, personalized pool management, WTR DR delivers dependable pool service that residents and businesses of Land O' Lakes rely on for clean, safe water year‑round.
