The menu includes stuffed mushrooms with family-recipe Italian sausage, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and herbs in a Parmesan cream; hand-crafted meatballs with prime beef and seasoned bread crumbs finished with marinara and mozzarella; pepperoni-stuffed fried mozzarella; a wedge salad with blue cheese; a blackened steak salad; an antipasto salad; Caesar salads with grilled chicken or grilled salmon; and a range of toasted hoagies, including an Italian sausage and pepperoni hoagie, an Italian beef hoagie with au jus and horseradish cream, and a grilled chicken hoagie. Burgers are half-pound and grilled, with toppings available. Entrees include a 10 oz. bone-in center-cut pork chop marinated in olive oil, garlic and rosemary, and a filet with bourbon glaze.
