Florida Decorative Concrete & Epoxy

Florida Decorative Concrete & Epoxy is a Flooring Contractor in Lady Lake, FL. The company transforms residential and commercial properties with durable decorative concrete, polished concrete, stamped concrete, and epoxy flooring. Serving Lady Lake, The Villages, and Central Florida since 2003, the business specializes in decorative flake floor systems, UV-stable polyaspartic coatings, and 100%-solids epoxy for garages, showrooms, and shops. Their work extends to custom metallic epoxy, mirror-finish retail floors, and stamped pool decks engineered to withstand Florida heat and humidity. The firm holds a rating of 4.90 based on customer reviews.

The locally owned, family-run operation employs in-house crews with lead installers averaging more than twelve years of hands-on experience. They reject subcontracting, ensuring the estimators who quote the work are the same people who install it. The process begins with mechanical diamond grinding, moisture testing, and structural crack repair using polyurea and patch materials. This rigorous surface preparation prevents peeling, bubbling, and chipping. The team applies industrial-grade materials, including 100%-solids epoxy, lithium densifiers, and UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane topcoats, avoiding watered-down retail kits.

Services include custom flake blends like Domino and Tidal Wave for slip-resistant, dirt-hiding garage floors. Polyaspartic coatings allow for one-day installation and superior UV stability in sun-exposed spaces. Decorative concrete offerings feature acid staining, overlays, and stamping to mimic stone, brick, or wood. The company provides itemized quotes, on-site walkthroughs, and written product and workmanship warranties. They maintain full Florida licensing, general liability, and workers' compensation insurance.

The business is known for its long-standing presence in the area, having served thousands of projects across Lake, Marion, and Sumter counties. The 4.90 rating reflects consistent customer satisfaction with professional, punctual crews and fair pricing. Clients value the transparent estimates and the durability of floors that last decades with minimal maintenance.
