The IntelliKid Systems product suite is a software solution for child care centers. It includes a Lead Management System to capture and nurture leads, an Employee Management System for recruitment, and IntelliForms for form submission and compliance. The Lead Management System captures incoming leads, nurtures them through marketing automation, and helps centers enroll more families, manage waiting lists, and track where leads stand in the enrollment process. Call AI turns every inquiry call into a complete lead record automatically, removing manual data entry. IntelliForms lets early childhood organizations collect documents and payments directly from the forms themselves. The Employee Management System moves candidates through the hiring process from applications through onboarding and post-employment communication. The system can automatically create a new lead from a text message or email, capture calls, and provide landing page forms to schedule tours or ask questions. A templating system lets centers communicate with prospective parents over text message, email, and social media, and customizable statuses move leads through each step of enrollment. Tracking shows cost per lead, per tour, and per enrollment. A centralized help center offers video tutorials for each function, along with printable one-page handouts.

The mother and son founders of IntelliKid Systems have 40 years of experience in childcare as an owner/operator and 15 years in software architecture. Carol trained hundreds of administrative staff on presenting a childcare program to prospective families, and that experience formed the foundation of the IntelliKid Systems methodology. Combined with Jared's knowledge of emerging technology, they built a tool for childcare professionals that bridges real-world processes and digital ones to increase enrollment.
