Davoli's Catering was started by Fred and Antionette Davoli in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1970. Fred Davoli brings more than 50 years of experience in the food industry, has catered more than 6,000 weddings over his career, has been the caterer for major motion pictures, and has served a President of the United States. He has a particular passion for weddings, and the team continues to cater them from its Jacksonville base.

The wedding catering service offers a range of menu options built around each couple's tastes, whether that means a multi-course dinner, a buffet, or hors d'oeuvres, with the culinary team working directly with clients to shape the menu. Menus are also maintained separately for weddings and corporate events, alongside breakfast, lunch, dinner, and specialty options such as BBQ and party catering. The stated goal is to deliver the best possible product and service at the best possible price.

The business sits on Parental Home Road, about 0.2 miles from Bowden Road and roughly 0.3 miles from Drew Park. Bennett Creek is about 0.4 miles away, and both Southside Skills Center and Southside Middle School are within about half a mile.

Davoli's Catering holds a 4.40 rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the reputation it has built over more than a decade of catering weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings in Jacksonville.
