AA Automotive

AA Automotive is an auto repair shop in Jacksonville, Florida, located at 6034 Richard Street. The shop is a family-run, full-service facility that has served Jacksonville for more than 65 years. Its Master ASE Certified technicians work on all makes and models, handling manufacturer-recommended maintenance, bumper-to-bumper repairs, and diagnostics for both personal vehicles and company or fleet vehicles. The team also has experience with diesel truck repairs, including GM Duramax, Ford Power Stroke, and Dodge Cummins engines. AA Automotive is a preferred vendor for fleet providers including Element Fleet Management, ARI-Fleet Management, Enterprise Fleet Services, and Lease Plan USA, as well as aftermarket warranty companies. The shop holds a rating of 4.70 based on customer reviews.

Technicians at AA Automotive are paid hourly rather than on commission, so repairs are recommended only when they are needed. The shop uses factory and OEM parts and offers 12 month/12,000 mile and 24 month/24,000 mile warranties on parts and labor, with some parts carrying a nationwide warranty. Customers are told in advance if a repair will not be covered and why. In most cases the shop can pick up and deliver a vehicle. AA Automotive also notes that scheduled maintenance does not have to be performed by a dealer to keep a new vehicle's warranty intact.

The shop sits off I-95 on Richard Street, about 0.2 miles from Bowden Road and 0.3 miles from Philips Highway. Grace Christian School is roughly 0.3 miles away, and Bennett Creek and Southpoint Parkway are each about 0.6 miles from the location.

With more than six decades in Jacksonville and a 4.70 rating from customers, AA Automotive has built its reputation on certified technicians, warranty-backed repairs, and hourly-paid staff who work on everything from daily drivers to diesel fleet trucks.
