Island Storage Suites

Island Storage Suites is a climate-controlled storage facility in Iona, FL, offering customizable garage-style storage suites designed for enthusiasts of high-value personal collections. These unique storage units serve owners of exotic and vintage automobiles, Class-A recreational vehicles, boats, watercraft, and sports memorabilia, providing secure, discreet spaces to preserve and enjoy prized possessions. The facility features optional mezzanine spaces for added entertainment and relaxation, and interiors that can be personalized with team logos, automotive branding, or other iconic designs. Located at 10950 Old S Way, the facility is situated in the McGregor corridor of Fort Myers, easily accessible to residents of Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, and nearby Sanibel Island. Though it currently has no reviews, the business holds a 4.90 rating, reflecting strong customer satisfaction.

The facility is part of a three-phase development by MCS One, LLC, owned and developed by Scott Allan of Allan Development Group, a local real estate specialist focused on high-quality, niche projects in South Fort Myers. What began as a conversation among high-net-worth residents about creating personal "car condos" evolved into a community of like-minded owners, now known affectionately as "The Mancaves." This community aspect, combined with the unique design and climate control, sets Island Storage Suites apart from standard storage units. The project includes 62 total units across four buildings, with 48 already sold, creating a private, exclusive environment for storage and social gatherings.

With its focus on personalization, security, and community, Island Storage Suites stands as a distinctive destination for collectors and hobbyists in the Iona and Fort Myers area, transforming storage into a private retreat for passion and enjoyment.
