Forme pilates of Hialeah

Forme pilates of Hialeah is a Pilates studio in Hialeah, FL. It holds a rating of 4.90.

Forme began with a family: a mother battling late-stage cancer whose lungs were compressed and whose posture folded inward under the weight of illness. Her son, an orthopedic surgeon, could not accept that nothing existed to help her, so he built something new - apparel that would work with the body rather than against it. That decision became Forme, a brand rooted in orthopedic science. Forme is the world's first Self-Correcting smart posture apparel, using patented Muscle Memory Technology to realign the neck, spine, shoulders, hips, and feet. Its Intelligent Construct, a patented architecture of multidirectional tensile materials, communicates with the body's neuromuscular system, activating the right muscles and building proprioception naturally. The products are wire and sensor free.

The lineup includes the Power Bra, an award-winning posture correcting bra that engages spinal and shoulder muscle groups in real time, with a version featuring a wider armhole and a higher neckline for stronger upper body support. The Sculpt+ Legging uses a patented multi-layer high waistband to engage muscle memory in the core, glutes, and spine, and is recommended by physicians for low back pain, hip stiffness, post-surgery recovery, and postpartum care. The Boost Short applies the same multi-layer mesh waistband to reverse pelvic tilt and improve lower back and hip alignment, popular for daily wear and postpartum recovery. The Arch Booster Sock uses patent-pending biofeedback technology to train the foot muscles for a stronger arch, better balance, and smoother movement, supporting flat feet, heel pain, and plantar fasciitis. A cotton canvas tote measuring 17 by 14 by 7 inches rounds out the range. Forme is designed to be worn at work, while traveling, during workouts, athletics, rehab, post surgery, or even while sleeping, and pairs across the Power Bra, Boost Short, Sculpt+ Legging, and Arch Booster Sock for full body alignment.

The studio sits on Main St, about a tenth of a mile from Northwest 67th Avenue and two tenths of a mile from Miami Lakes Drive East. The town of Miami Lakes is roughly three tenths of a mile away, as are Our Lady of the Lakes School and United Lakes Methodist Preschool. Miami Lakes Park is about four tenths of a mile from the location.
