Alexandra Odocha, APRN, completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Florida in 2007; she is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and is board certified in Advanced Diabetes Management by the AADE, with clinical interests in diabetes care and nutrition. Katherine Swan, DNP, completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the University of Florida in 2013 and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with clinical interests in public health, women's health, and wound care. The practice describes a care approach built on the patient's medical and personal history, lifestyle factors, and family dynamics, with coordination of care with other health care facilities and professionals when needed.

The office is at 605 NE 1st Street, about a tenth of a mile from The Thomas Center Gardens and Roper Park, roughly two tenths of a mile from Pleasant Park and Northwest 8th Avenue, and about three tenths of a mile from the Duckpond neighborhood and Sweetwater Branch Creek. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., closed noon to 1 p.m. for lunch, and open 8 a.m. to noon on select Saturdays.
