Kodawari Studios

Kodawari Studios is a yoga studio in Egypt Lake-Leto, Florida, located at 3965 Henderson Blvd Suite C. The studio operates a 5,000 square foot space for yoga, bodywork, and wellness, and describes itself as a studio for yoga, sauna, and cold plunge. Yoga classes run in two distinct rooms: a heated Rev Room for more vigorous practice and a non-heated Restore Room, with weekday classes scheduled from 6AM to 7:15PM. The studio offers instructor-led sauna and cold plunge sessions built around contrast therapy, alternating hot and cold in three rounds following a set protocol, and it also houses independent practitioners who provide acupuncture, vibroacoustic sound therapy, neurosomatic bodywork, and cupping.

Wellness services at the studio include neurosomatic therapy, which combines muscular manipulation with body alignment work to address the root cause of pain syndromes; hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which delivers pure oxygen in a pressurized environment to support recovery and reduce inflammation; and IV nutritional therapy, which delivers hydration and nutrients directly rather than through digestion. Acupuncture is provided by Dr. Ashley Heintz, a Tampa acupuncturist with more than 13 years of experience who was named Best of the Bay in 2021 and specializes in fertility, migraines, pain, insomnia, and anxiety. Sound therapy is offered by Steven J. Levy, blending vibro-acoustic research with deep listening practices. The studio also offers hands-only facial treatments through NeoLifting and EyeRevive.

New students can take up to one month of unlimited yoga, a sauna intro drop-in, or a sauna and cold plunge intro package, and memberships are available. The studio holds a rating of 4.90 from the customers who have reviewed it.

For anyone in Egypt Lake-Leto looking for a studio that pairs a full yoga schedule with sauna, cold plunge, and bodywork under one roof, Kodawari Studios brings all of it together on Henderson Blvd.
