Arcadian Interior Design

Arcadian Interior Design is an interior designer in Crestview, FL. The firm serves Northwest Florida and works both in person and virtually, helping clients shape homes around intentional, slower-paced living. Its work is led by designer Melissa Merrill, who offers three named services: a Consultation for one-on-one design questions on projects ranging from new construction and DIY renovations to single-room makeovers, Simply Curated Design for clients who want a designer-curated room to implement themselves, delivered as a layout plan, room selections, and shopping list by email, and Full Service Design, in which Merrill handles every detail from the conceptual phase through the final install, working closely with the architect, builder, and their tradesmen.

The firm's approach draws on what it describes as an Old Florida style rooted in rural surroundings, blending timeless materials with antique and vintage pieces alongside modern conveniences and clean lines. Merrill shapes spaces around the realities of daily life, designing rooms that hold the etchings, play, and imperfections of a lived-in home while remaining functional and beautiful. Each project begins with her learning how a client actually lives, so the finished space reflects the person rather than a template.

Arcadian Interior Design holds a rating of 5.00. The firm shares its latest projects on Instagram at @arcadian.interiordesign and has been operating under its current name from 2021 through 2024, with photography credited to Kylie Rae Photography. Founded as a solo practice out of Laurel Hill, the firm has built its reputation on personal service and on designing homes that feel distinctly like the people who live in them across Northwest Florida.
