The Dellatorè Real Estate Company

The Dellatorè Real Estate Company is a real estate agent in Bonita Springs, Florida. Scott Dellatorè and Angela Lutzi Dellatorè are the brokers and owners, and the company works with buyers and sellers of Bonita Springs and Southwest Florida property. The team includes Samantha Corrochano, Jeff Hoagland, Ginger Hustrulid and Raquel Martin, with Jamie Lathrop as concierge specialist. It holds a rating of 5.00 from its reviewers. The company's own history begins before real estate: Scott and Angela met while living in Pennsylvania and training as marriage counselors, and wrote down their goals, including owning a business together and a house in Florida. They still write goals each New Year's Day and review what they have accomplished. The team is made up of family members, and the Dellatorès live in Bonita Bay; their daughter lives in downtown Bonita Springs and their son in Bonita Shores. The company has been named Bonita's Best Real Estate Agency for 2019 through 2021, and Angela Lutzi Dellatorè was named Bonita's Best REALTOR for 2017 through 2021. The company has been featured in Top Agent Magazine and Southwest Florida's Real Producers Magazine. It organizes, sponsors and volunteers at community events. The office sits on Bonita Beach Road Southwest, about a quarter mile from Bonita Springs Fire Department Station 22 and roughly half a mile from River Park. South Tamiami Trail is about four tenths of a mile away, Bonita Beach Road Southeast about half a mile, and the Lee County Sheriff's Office Delta South District about six tenths of a mile away. Clients describe the team as knowledgeable, ethical, honest, thorough and patient, and note that listings drew high activity and closed. One reviewer, a retired realtor of more than 30 years, wrote that the team would have been the kind of agents he would have employed at his own brokerage. For buyers and sellers in Bonita Springs, that record of transactions and local residency is the company's case.
