The team includes certified pet dietitians who provide science-based advice on canine and feline nutrition. Grooming services include breed-specific trims, spa treatments, and cat grooming at select locations. The network has over 40 years of experience, with its first affiliate store opened in 1977 in Westminster, California. Today, there are over 200 locations nationwide. The store offers free consultations with no obligation to purchase, aiming to empower pet parents with expert advice on nutrition. An AI-powered tool is available 24/7 to provide instant answers to pet nutrition questions, though it is noted as a beta feature intended to supplement, not replace, in-store guidance from dietitians. The business also maintains a blog and podcast featuring insights from certified pet dietitians and veterinarians on holistic nutrition for dogs and cats.

The store holds a rating of 4.90 based on customer reviews. It is located at 3454 Lithia Pinecrest Rd in Bloomingdale, FL. The business is known for its positive customer rating and its focus on expert nutritional guidance and grooming services.
