Katya Vineyards

Katya Vineyards is a winery in Bellview, FL, at 101 E Silver Springs Blvd. The winery began in 2010 and later grew to include a restaurant, and today it operates as a family-owned and family-run venture that brings an Eastern European heritage to winemaking in Central Florida. Guests visit for the gourmet food, the wine program, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere the family has cultivated, and the team welcomes visitors from across the region.

The family behind the winery includes David, who serves as CEO, founder, and owner, and Patricia, who serves as CFO and owner and brings family recipes to life in the kitchen. Their daughter Katherine works alongside them. The team also includes Chef Tony, who leads the kitchen, and Dr. Wine, the resident wine expert. The restaurant menu features items such as handmade wrapped burrata over crisp fried eggplant with summer corn and curry cream, American Wagyu filet tartare on roasted bone marrow with salmon caviar, AAA Saku ahi tuna served on a salt brick, American Wagyu meatballs on herbed pomme puree with roasted tomato foam, Spanish octopus on wasabi pureed potatoes, and foie gras within blackberry and balsamic grilled cheese. The wine list draws from the vineyard's own production and from other selections, and selected wines and specialty food products are also available for purchase through the website.

The restaurant operates Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and is closed on Sundays and Mondays, with reservations available by phone or online. Street parking is available, and a parking lot sits immediately behind the building off 1st Street NE. The location also offers a VIP private dining room for intimate gatherings and professional events.
