Holliday’s Pressure Washing Services

Holliday’s Pressure Washing Services is a pressure washing company in Altamonte Springs, FL, located at 2401 Palmetto Dr. The business provides residential and commercial cleaning services, handling approximately three quarters of its work for residential clients while also servicing commercial properties such as retail plazas, apartment communities, and HOA campuses. The team cleans a wide range of surfaces including stucco, vinyl, hardy board, brick, painted wood siding, and metal siding, as well as asphalt shingle, flat tile, and barrel tile roofs, driveways, flatwork, screen enclosures, decks, fences, and gutters.

The company utilizes a soft wash approach for most residential exteriors to prevent damage from high pressure. This method involves a gentle low-pressure application and a full rinse to remove algae and organic growth. For metal siding, the crew cools the surface and dilutes the solution to prevent flash-drying. Roof cleaning is performed exclusively via soft washing, with barrel tile sprayed from each angle, and is backed by a spot-free roof guarantee. The team manages runoff carefully near lakes and storm drains to protect the water environment.

Owner Daniel Holliday founded the business in 2017 after serving in the United States Marine Corps from 2009 to 2013, including a combat tour in Afghanistan as a Radio Operator. Prior to starting the company, he explored careers in microbiology, EMT work, and firefighting. He turned his early interest in pressure washing into a profession, investing in professional equipment to deliver safe and efficient results.

Holliday’s Pressure Washing Services holds a 5.00 rating based on customer reviews. The business combines military discipline with specialized cleaning techniques to maintain exteriors in the Altamonte Springs area.
