Handyman Mark is a handyman service in Newark, Delaware, serving both residential and commercial customers across Northern Delaware and the surrounding areas. The business handles a wide range of work, from small tasks like hanging pictures to larger projects such as building additions, with services that include roofing, decks, sheds, flooring, siding, painting, tile work, chimneys, house scrubbing, porches, bathroom renovations, foundation repairs, and basement leak work. It holds a rating of 4.10 stars based on customer reviews.

The business was founded in Newark in 2007 by Mark Liebal, who began working in carpentry in the late 1960s and expanded his skills when he purchased his first house in 1975, handling all the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and design work on the property himself. He has since designed and built numerous restaurants and log cabins from the foundation to the roof, and has serviced thousands of customers' repair needs. Handyman Mark operates as a family-run business, with Mark's wife, brothers, son, nephews, and select friends making up his staff, and he also works alongside other colleagues to deliver complete services. The business is licensed and insured, and Mark has built his reputation around qualities he understands customers value: trustworthiness, showing up as scheduled, fair pricing, and working in the customer's best interest. The company requires 0% down in most cases, with payment collected at the end of the day once work is completed, allowing customers to review the workmanship before paying.

The business is located on Mulberry Road, just a short distance from Windy Mill Park and Middle Run creek, both about 0.1 miles away. Capitol Trail and Possum Park Road are each roughly 0.2 miles from the location, while Maple Valley Swim Club sits about 0.4 miles away and Stafford Park is within 0.4 miles as well.

With a track record that spans from 1975 through the founding of the formal business in 2007, Handyman Mark brings decades of hands-on trade experience to homeowners and businesses throughout Newark and Northern Delaware.
