The team guides clients through planning, pricing, and permitting, and specializes in building on waterfront and coastal lots, meeting elevation and flood zone requirements, as well as on rural and wooded lots.

The Design Center Showroom offers a curated selection of materials, including cabinet styles and finishes, granite, quartz, and marble countertops, exterior siding, roofing, brick, and stone, hardwood, tile, carpet, and luxury vinyl flooring, hardware, lighting fixtures, paint colors and wall treatments such as wainscoting, shiplap, and faux beams, plumbing fixtures, and window and door selections. One of the owners holds a degree in design and works directly with clients on their selections.

Blue Hen Construction has built a solid reputation among the customers it has served, with an established track record reflected in its large base of customer reviews. For homeowners in and around Milford planning a custom build or a major renovation, that record of building in Kent and Sussex Counties since 2008 is the company's strongest credential.
