Rosabianca Vineyards is a quaint, rustic Italian winery. The ten-acre property was purchased in 2012, with the first acre of Cayuga grapes planted in 2014 and the tasting room opened in 2015. A second acre of Seyval Blanc grapes was planted in 2015, followed by the new grape varietal Aromella in 2016. While the vineyards continue to grow, grapes are also sourced from California, but all wines are crafted in Northford, CT. Wine tastings are available all year round. The winery welcomes guests to bring their own snacks, and prepackaged crackers, cheese, and sliced meat are available for purchase. The patio is open for the season, and indoor seating is available with parties kept to eight or fewer due to table size. Parties are seated on a first-come, first-serve basis, with one large reservation per day accepted for groups of 10-20 people. Pets are not allowed inside the tasting room, but leashed pets are permitted on the grass area. Party buses or limos can drop off guests at the winery, though they are asked not to park in the parking lot due to limited space. Hours are Friday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Saturday from 12:00pm to 7:00pm, and Sunday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

The winery's story is rooted in family. Charlie has been making wine since the early 70s and retired in 2010 to open the vineyard for two reasons: his love of making and talking about wine, and his father Andrea's lifelong dream of being a farmer. Andrea came to America from Italy in the 50s with a family to support and instead became a carpenter, though he always kept beautiful gardens. Andrea passed away in 1997 before fulfilling his dream, and Charlie has dedicated the vineyard to his father. Venue rental is not currently being booked, but the winery has previously offered room rentals for up to 20 guests on Saturdays or Sundays and venue rentals for up to 50 people on Mondays through Thursdays. The winery is unable to donate wine or monetary amounts at this time.
