The property features ballrooms accommodating between 40 and 400 guests, along with lawn space suited to wedding ceremonies and lawn games. Notable outdoor features include a ceremony area surrounded by nature, an outdoor staircase and waterfall, and a charming bridge used for wedding photography. The team brings over thirty years of collective experience from prestigious restaurants and catering operations, and the staff approach each event with the intention of treating clients and guests as members of their own family. Libero DiStasi serves as co-owner and originator of the venue.

The venue sits along Sylvan Lake Road, roughly a tenth of a mile from Sylvan Lake Park and Sylvan Lake itself, with Turkey Brook and Fort Hill Park also nearby.
