Marilyn Interiors, LLC of Glastonbury is an interior designer in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The firm focuses primarily on residential and professional office design, and its work covers earth tones highlighted with jewel tones, simple monochromatic schemes, and modern styling, with accessories chosen to complement a home's architecture. Marilyn Interiors serves clients mostly in Glastonbury and the Farmington Valley, and also works with clients throughout Connecticut and beyond. The business holds a rating of 5.00.

Marilyn Interiors has been owned by Marilyn Letizia Donzila since 2000, growing out of her earlier business, Design Expressions, in Avon. She is a professional interior designer and a member of the Connecticut Valley Chamber of Commerce. Her stated design philosophy is to achieve a comfortable, livable, aesthetically pleasing, and joyous environment that reflects the client's vision. Some clients have worked with her for decades and continue to seek her services after relocating to other states. Her background is in the arts; as a teenager she received a Greater Hartford Arts and Science Award for etchings and paintings.

Client accounts describe a wide range of services, including redecorating, furniture placement and design, window treatments, and shade selection. One client in Avon noted that her personality and sense of humor made a potentially frustrating experience pleasurable, while a Glastonbury client described being pushed past safe design choices toward a refreshed, more modern look that still incorporated romantic, homey elements, and praised her ability to select pieces with panache while staying within budget.

The studio sits on Augusta National, about 0.1 miles from Seventeen Pond and 0.3 miles from Minnechaug Pond. Minnechaug Golf Course is roughly 0.4 miles away, with Neipsic Tennis Club and the Nike Missile Site each about half a mile from the address and Manchester Road about 0.6 miles away.

Marilyn Interiors is known for a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it. For Glastonbury homeowners and office owners seeking a designer who works from the client's own vision, that record reflects a practice built on long relationships and repeat clients.
