The company's approach centers on assessing a property before recommending work. Consultations are offered with no obligation, and quotes are provided upfront. When a tree can be salvaged, the team works to save it; when removal is necessary, usable material is mulched and returned to the ground, and transplanting is done with care to avoid disturbing surrounding vegetation. Stump work is handled with root grinders that reach below ground level, and the resulting mulch is available to customers on request. Emergency tree removal is available around the clock, with crews dispatched to secure fallen or unstable trees and clear debris afterward.

Mclellan Tree Service Inc. is located at 131 Mines Rd. Stevens Street and Jerome Avenue are both about half a mile away, and Lake Como sits roughly four-tenths of a mile from the property. Copper Mine Brook is about half a mile off, while Bender Pond and Freeman Hill Brook are each around eight-tenths of a mile away.

The company's 4.20 rating reflects positive feedback from the customers who have reviewed it, with reviewers describing fast response after storms, thorough cleanup, and quality work at a fair price.
