She now runs the business with her daughter, Laura. The installation team includes a tile installer with over 20 years of tenure and a carpet installer with nearly a decade of experience. Owners Christy and Laura personally oversee new construction projects on-site. The installation manager plans and oversees each job to ensure smooth execution.

Beyond flooring, the company offers kitchen and bathroom remodeling services, including custom showers, backsplashes, and professional installation. Their countertop selection includes quartz, granite, and laminate options. For window treatments, they provide custom blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. The design team assists clients with coordinating colors, textures, materials, wallpaper, cabinets, and paint colors. Customers can use in-store touchscreen stations to compare materials and a room visualizer to view different options. The business also provides The Beautiful Guarantee, which offers free replacement if a customer is not satisfied with their new floors.
