Harmonious Bodywork and Acupuncture

Harmonious Bodywork and Acupuncture is an acupuncture practice in Littleton, Colorado, owned and operated by Stella Noel, a national board-certified acupuncturist licensed in Colorado. The practice specializes in Classical Five-Element Acupuncture (CF-EA), a system rooted in ancient Chinese medicine that draws on the five elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water to restore balance and support the body's inherent healing capabilities. Clients come to the practice seeking relief from stress, anxiety, physical exhaustion, and chronic illness, and Stella brings a decade of prior experience as a licensed massage therapist to her work, shaped by thousands of hours helping clients feel better in body, mind, and spirit.

Stella's path into the medicine is personal. She credits regular CF-EA treatment with supporting her own healing journey through overwhelm, anxiety, exhaustion, and chronic illness, and she describes the practice as the grounding force that allows her to meet each season with more grace, steadiness, and trust in her body. She lives in Colorado, the state that has nurtured her and her daughter for over twelve years, and she also draws on seasons spent living abroad and on New Mexican roots that gave her a love of red chile, desert landscapes, and natural healing traditions. As a full-time practitioner, mother, and member of a vibrant Hispanic family, she brings that lived perspective into every session.

The office sits on West Littleton Boulevard, about a fifth of a mile from Powers Park, roughly a third of a mile from Promise Park, and within half a mile of the East Community Center and the historic 1890s Barn and 1890s Blacksmith Shop.

The practice holds a perfect 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it.
