Window Doctor Of Colorado

Window Doctor Of Colorado is a window installer in Greenwood Village, CO, serving the Denver metro area with residential window and door replacement as well as window and screen repair. The company holds a rating of 4.80 from customer reviews.

The business is family owned and operated, with over 30 years of experience in the home improvement industry. They install Simonton windows that arrive pre-insulated, with any voids filled using spray foam insulation to ensure a tight seal against cold air. The exterior of every window is sealed with Lane XtraBond 9500 caulking, a paintable and long lasting sealant. During exterior work, the crew tarps the work area, removes old windows without breaking the glass whenever possible, replaces rotted trim boards, and offers professional touch-up painting. On the interior side, they tarp their work spaces, vacuum on completion, keep existing drywall undamaged where possible, patch any affected drywall, and can install new interior casing or trim. Simonton windows carry a lifetime transferable warranty. Beyond full replacement, they re-screen old window screens, replace broken insulated glass units, and replace patio door screens, and they often repair work where other companies have cut corners. Financing options are offered through LightStream. Entry doors are also part of their product line. Their stated goal is to leave customers satisfied and confident enough to refer neighbors, friends, and family.

The office sits on South Federal Boulevard near West Oxford Avenue, roughly a tenth of a mile from Nesbitt Park. The Denver Fire Department Station 36 and the Sheridan Police Department are both about a fifth of a mile away, and SOAR Academy is within the same short distance.

Customers reviewing the business have rated it positively, reflecting the workmanship and service the family run operation has built over three decades of work across the Denver metro area.
