PRQ Exteriors

PRQ Exteriors is a Roofing Contractor in Golden, CO, located at 120 Capital Dr. The company provides residential and commercial exterior services, including roof replacement, repairs, storm restoration, insurance claim assistance, gutter installation, siding, and low-slope commercial systems. They install GAF Energy solar shingles and stucco exteriors. As a licensed, insured exterior contractor, they are a GAF Master Elite installer, a designation held by roughly the top two percent of roofers in the country. They also design and install roofs to the IBHS FORTIFIED standard, reinforcing deck seams, edges, and connections to withstand high winds and hail. The business maintains a rating of 4.80 based on customer reviews.

PRQ Exteriors employs a crew they train directly rather than using subcontractors, assigning one point of contact to manage projects from the initial inspection through the final city inspection. They provide a fixed written scope of work before installation begins and ensure the property is left clean after the job is complete. For insurance claims, project managers meet with adjusters on-site to document storm-related damage and advocate for a full scope of repairs. Before installation, they hold a Labor Meeting to review project details, confirm color selections, and discuss property access and material staging. The company handles all permitting and coordinates directly with insurance adjusters during the inspection process.

The business installs materials from manufacturers including GAF, Malarkey, Westlake Royal Building Products, DaVinci, and TAMKO. Offerings include impact-resistant shingles, stone-coated steel, and silicone coatings for commercial properties. They install the Thermaline heated roof-edge system to prevent ice dams and icicle formation in cold climates. Commercial services include Mulehide silicone coatings that restore and protect existing roofs. Reviewers note the straightforward process, honest assessments, and effective handling of insurance claims.

PRQ Exteriors delivers storm-resilient roofing and exterior solutions to Golden homeowners and commercial property owners, combining manufacturer-certified installation with direct project management.
