Vertix Builders

Vertix Builders is a construction company in Firestone, Colorado. The firm works as a general contractor on healthcare construction, ground-up buildings, remodels, medical hospitals, and clinics, and serves the greater Denver metro area and all of Colorado. Its project experience includes the Dry Creek Medical Office building, a 52,000-square-foot finished tenant space with a 10,000-square-foot lower level parking garage on a 4-acre site, built on severely sloping ground with the lower portion in the 100-year floodplain and sandwiched between an apartment complex and another medical office building and surgery center. The company also completed a full remodel of the main reception and waiting room, nurse and patient corridors, main entrance landscaping, and interior and exterior lighting at Swedish Southwest ER, a stand-alone emergency room serving the Jefferson County community, coordinating with ER staff on phasing, infection control, and interim life safety measures. Premier Bone and Joint is a 21,000-square-foot surgery center and physical therapy building with three operating rooms and 6,000 square feet of PT space, serving Laramie, Wyoming patients and University of Wyoming athletes.

Vertix Builders describes itself as a culture-focused company that puts people and relationships above corporate structure and process, and it uses a Design Build approach that brings designers, builders, and healthcare stakeholders together as one coordinated team from day one, giving real-time feedback on cost, schedule, and clinical impact as the design evolves. The firm also provides post-construction commissioning, treating it as a critical final phase in which HVAC, electrical, and related systems are tested, adjusted, and verified before occupancy, with coordination between trades and the commissioning agent. Vertix Builders holds a rating of 5.00 from 178 reviews.
