Window Doctor Of Colorado

Window Doctor Of Colorado is a window installer in Denver, CO. The company provides residential window and entry door replacement as well as window and screen repair throughout the Denver metro area. Family owned and operated, it has more than thirty years of experience in the home improvement business and works with Simonton windows. The company also repairs damage left by other contractors and replaces broken insulated glass units, patio door screens, and old window screens. It holds a rating of 4.80.

The business runs on a low-overhead, volume-purchasing model, and the team installs pre-insulated Simonton windows, fills voids with spray foam insulation, and seals the exterior with Lane XtraBond 9500 caulking. Interior work is handled with tarped work areas, vacuumed clean-up on completion, drywall patching, and new interior trim installation around replacement windows. Simonton windows come with a lifetime transferable warranty. Repairs include re-screening old window screens, replacing broken or damaged insulated glass units, and replacing patio door screen doors. Financing is offered through LightStream, and consultations are available by phone or by leaving contact details through the site.

The office sits on South Federal Boulevard, just south of West 38th Avenue. McDonough Park is a short walk to the west, and Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic School is nearby along the same corridor. The Federal Theatre is also close by on Federal Boulevard.

Customers who have reviewed the business have given it a positive rating, and its long track record of more than thirty years serving Denver-area homeowners through window and door replacement is the foundation of its reputation.
