The company was founded by Danny, who began painting houses on the side while studying Geographic Information Systems and technical writing at the University of Colorado. What started as a side gig grew into a full company built on systems, standards, and attention to detail. The business approaches interior painting as a design process, helping homeowners choose colors that complement natural lighting and flow between rooms, while protecting flooring, furniture, and fixtures with meticulous prep work. They apply premium low-VOC products and emphasize razor-sharp cut lines, smooth wall surfaces, detailed crown molding, and finished ceilings. For exterior work, the process centers on thorough preparation, including power washing, scraping failing paint, repairing substrate issues, and careful caulking to withstand Colorado's intense UV exposure, temperature swings, wind, and moisture. The team provides daily progress updates so clients know how their project is advancing, and the company offers a satisfaction guarantee on every project. Their process includes a walkthrough, a clear proposal with transparent pricing, scope, and timeline, and color selection services that consider lighting, existing finishes, and personal style.

Front Range Painters holds a 5.00 rating based on customer reviews that highlight transparent communication, thorough preparation, attention to detail, and respectful, clean painters who protect belongings and leave spaces spotless.
