Colorado Diamond Contracting

Colorado Diamond Contracting is a flooring contractor in Colorado Springs, CO, specializing in epoxy, polyaspartic, and polished concrete floor systems for residential garages, basements, commercial spaces, and industrial facilities. The company serves the entire Colorado Front Range and holds a rating of 5.00 based on reviews.

Colorado Diamond Contracting is locally owned and operated, not a franchise, with over 40 years of combined industry experience and more than 2,500 projects completed across Colorado. The company works directly with the owner from quote through completion on every project. Their coatings are engineered for Colorado's specific climate challenges, including harsh freeze-thaw cycles, intense UV exposure at higher elevations, road salt, and hot tire pickup. Every project begins with industrial diamond grinding surface preparation rather than acid etching or shot blasting, creating the ideal concrete profile for lasting coating adhesion. They use only commercial-grade epoxy and polyaspartic systems, the same materials installed in auto dealerships, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Their process includes filling cracks and repairing joints, applying a thick base coat followed by a full hand-broadcast of decorative flake, and finishing with a clear UV-resistant polyaspartic topcoat. Most projects are completed in a single day, with vehicles able to drive on the surface within 24 hours. Customers can choose from over 130 decorative flake blends, with popular options including Domino, Nightfall, Coyote, and Orbit.

Services include garage floor epoxy, polyaspartic floor coatings, basement floor coatings, commercial epoxy flooring, polished concrete, and concrete floor repair. The company operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday appointments available and Sunday closed. They provide free on-site estimates and respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. The service area covers Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Boulder, Aurora, Lakewood, Broomfield, Loveland, Windsor, Arvada, Thornton, Parker, and Littleton.
