The Baker's Daughters specializes in crafting high-quality sourdough bread and a full menu of fresh, scratch-made foods. The bakery’s approach is rooted in the family history of The Slow Bakery in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where their father pioneered natural fermentation bread production. Using a 160-year-old levain passed down from their father, the bakery creates long-fermented breads that can take up to 72 hours. This meticulous process relies on simple ingredients: water, salt, flour, and time, without industrial yeasts, enhancers, or chemicals. The menu features artisan pastries, flaky croissants, and house-made items like granola and buttermilk loaves.

Serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch, the bakery offers a variety of savory and sweet options. Daily menu highlights include avocado tartines, croque monsieur, açaí bowls, and various omelettes. Specialties such as the Brazilian molasses cake, chocolate chip cookies, and oatmeal cookies are also available. The bakery pairs its food with specialty coffees, teas, rosemary lattes, and fresh lime aid. All dishes are prepared in-house using fresh, raw ingredients, reflecting a commitment to wholesome, home-baked goodness.
