During these events, he covered common car repairs, basic maintenance intervals, checking oil and fluids, and identifying dashboard indicators for potential issues. He also demonstrated how to fix a flat tire, rotate tires, and check tire pressure. The shop uses sophisticated diagnostic computers to identify check engine light causes and other vehicle problems. Services include general car care, tuneups, oil changes, brake repairs and replacements, diagnostic tests, wheel alignments, scheduled maintenance at 30,000, 60,000, and 90,000 miles, air conditioning service and repair, transmission service and repair, and engine work and overhauls. The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The location sits on Central Ave, about a quarter mile from Redwood Highway and West College Avenue. It is a short distance from Steele Creek and the Santa Rosa Community Health Dental Campus. Monte Vista Apartment Park is also nearby, roughly a third of a mile away.
