JDM Plumbing Specialist was founded in 1996 by David Barroso, starting from a home office in Oxnard, CA, and has grown into a company serving customers throughout Ventura County and beyond. It is family-owned, licensed, bonded and insured, and its plumbers bring more than 50 years of combined experience. The team works on projects ranging from shower remodels to full bathroom renovations, including custom homes and ADUs, and it educates customers and staff on cost-saving products and services. Water quality work covers products for safe, clean water, and water heater options include electric, tankless and heat pump units. The company is open 24 hours.

The business sits on N 11th St in Santa Paula, about a tenth of a mile from both the California Oil Museum and the Santa Paula Art Museum, and roughly the same distance from North 10th Street and South 10th Street. The Saint Francis Dam Disaster Memorial is about two tenths of a mile away, as is John Jenkins Christian Academy.

JDM Plumbing Specialist has built a positive reputation among the customers who have reviewed it, and its decades of service in Ventura County back that up. For Santa Paula homeowners, property managers and businesses, that combination of long local history and steady customer satisfaction is what a plumber for life looks like.
