Tri-County Auto Glass

Tri-County Auto Glass is an auto glass repair business in Santa Barbara, California. It handles windshield repair and replacement along with auto glass installation, and it works with all insurance companies as a preferred provider. The shop is also certified by Autel for camera and monitor calibration, covering the ADAS calibration that modern vehicles require, and it describes itself as the only place in Santa Barbara that can handle all of a vehicle's auto glass work and its calibration in one location. The business is family-owned and locally operated, has offered products and service since 1990, and backs its glass and workmanship with a limited lifetime warranty for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. It holds a rating of 4.60 from 526 reviews.

The shop has been handling insurance claims for more than 20 years and presents itself as a local alternative to out-of-area call centers with sub-contracted labor and to national chains that dispatch service from Los Angeles. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturdays by appointment.

It sits on Anacapa Street, about a tenth of a mile from East Haley Street and the same short distance from Plaza Vera Cruz and Plaza de Vera Cruz. Lincoln School and Antioch University - Santa Barbara are both roughly a tenth of a mile away, and West Haley Street is a similar distance from the shop.

More than 500 customers have reviewed the business, and it has built an established track record on that base of reviews since it began serving the area in 1990.

For drivers in Santa Barbara who need windshield work or the camera calibration that goes with it, Tri-County Auto Glass handles both under one roof and stands behind the result for as long as they own the car.
