Meals are provided through the USDA food program, including breakfast, lunch, and two snacks daily.

Founded in 2003, the center has served the community for over 20 years. The curriculum for toddler, twos, and Pre-K programs is grounded in Dr. Howard Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences, balancing emergent and teacher-directed activities to nurture cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and linguistic growth. In Pre-K, children participate in daily Enrichment Learning lessons taught in small groups, covering Spanish, sign language, math, computers, life skills, and life and animal science. The approach emphasizes play-based learning that builds language, early math, confidence, and school readiness. Potty training is woven into the curriculum when a child shows interest, using child-height toilets to support independence. The center promotes cultural diversity and welcomes children of all ethnic, racial, and cultural backgrounds. Staff members undergo extensive medical, criminal, and FBI fingerprint background checks.

The center holds a 4.50 rating based on customer reviews, reflecting a reputation for safe routines, caring relationships, and family partnership. It stands as a long-standing option in San Leandro for families seeking structured, play-based early learning and dependable child care.
