Dr. Treat – San Francisco

Dr. Treat - San Francisco is a veterinarian in San Francisco, CA. The practice provides wellness and prevention care through routine nose-to-tail wellness exams, and its treatment philosophy centers on prevention through early diagnosis and treatment. Testing and diagnostics include blood and lab tests that establish a normal baseline for a pet's health and track results over time, along with electrocardiograms to record the electrical activity of a pet's heart and detect abnormal heart rhythms. The team also handles advanced care for dogs and cats, surgical procedures from routine to advanced, and urgent care, with pet owners advised to call the practice directly for guidance if their pet is experiencing a medical emergency. Related services include pet allergy and dermatology care for itching, irritation, hair loss, and recurring ear issues, dental exams and professional cleanings, and microchipping. The San Francisco team includes lead veterinarian Felicity Moffatt, DVM, senior veterinarian Lilliam Alfaro, DVM, and veterinarians Brooke Wheeler, DVM, and Alex Lee, DVM.

The practice offers two ways to pay for care. A Dr. Treat One membership provides year-round access to primary and urgent care with no exam fees and same-day or next-day urgent care appointments, while a pay-as-you-go option is priced per visit. Members receive medical records for emergency hospital visits and virtual care for rechecks and diagnostic results.

The clinic sits on Union St, about a tenth of a mile from the Golden Gate Valley Branch Library and roughly two tenths of a mile from Allyne Park, Lombard Street, the California Institute of Fashion, and the Sarah Dix Hamlin School.
