Continental was established in 1984 as a boutique catering company with an emphasis on made from scratch fresh menus and a high personal touch from owner Denise M. Jermyn. Over more than 35 years, Denise has nurtured the business and followed a continual growth plan that has serviced some of the largest and most noteworthy venues and events in San Diego.

The kitchen tailors menus to fit each client's taste, and most menus can be altered to fit dietary needs such as gluten free, vegetarian or vegan. Custom items can be created to a client's taste or cuisine, and the team works alongside experienced vendors to cover every detail of an event regardless of its scale. Menus pair decadent meals with bar service, and new seasonal menus are created each season to bring seasonal spice to the classics. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Continental Catering operates from Parkway Drive in La Mesa.
