In 1991, Mitch purchased Auburn Septic and merged the two operations. A C36 state contractors license was obtained in 1995, allowing the company to provide both maintenance and repair work. Travis, Mitch's son, now works alongside him, and the operation continues as a family business.

The office is on Yankee Hill Court, about a tenth of a mile from Pacific Street and a short distance from Antelope Creek and a nearby wetland preserve. Sierra Meadows Park is roughly half a mile away, and a post office sits within about half a mile of the location.
