International Computers has served Rialto and the surrounding communities since 1999, more than two decades in the area. The repair process starts with a diagnostic evaluation, either at the shop or at the customer's location, followed by a detailed service estimate outlining the scope of the repair, the expected time and the associated costs. Once approved, technicians carry out the work, which can include hardware replacement, software fixes, malware removal, data recovery or system optimization. Afterward, each computer undergoes quality assurance testing, and customers are called when it is ready for pickup, or delivery and setup are arranged for on-site jobs. The shop also offers guidance on preventive measures after a repair is complete.

International Computers sits on South Riverside Avenue, a short walk from Downtown Rialto and about 0.2 miles from the Rialto train station, the Rialto Post Office and Rialto City Hall.

Its rating reflects customers who describe the technician as professional and thorough, and who return for help with computers, MacBooks, WiFi issues and streaming devices.
