Back 2 Perfect - Pleasant Hill Pain Management & Healing Massage is a massage therapist in Pleasant Hill, CA. The practice focuses on pain management and therapeutic bodywork, offering medical massage, myofascial release, deep tissue and deep tissue percussion massage, microcurrent therapy, and acupuncture. Therapists work with clients dealing with chronic and acute conditions including neuropathy, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, repetitive stress injuries, high blood pressure, headaches, whiplash, pelvic pain, disc problems, migraines, and pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as recovery from auto injuries, workmen's compensation cases, and surgeries. The practice holds a rating of 4.90.

The medical massage program targets underlying health conditions rather than serving as general relaxation work, with therapists applying advanced training in anatomy to address specific soft-tissue issues in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Myofascial release is led by specialist Cody Morris, who begins each session with an evaluation, then uses knuckles, elbows, and forearms to slowly stretch restricted fascia through its layers, letting feedback from the body guide the order and depth of the work. Microcurrent therapy uses extremely low-level electrical currents delivered through hand-held devices to restore normal cellular frequencies, increasing ATP production and protein synthesis to reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms while improving range of motion. Deep tissue sessions break up scar tissue and muscle adhesions, and the percussion option adds a massage gun to stimulate the lymphatic system, increase blood flow, and reduce lactic acid buildup. Acupuncture appointments are scheduled by texting Dr. Marcia Stone. Clients pay therapists directly at the time of service, with cash or Venmo preferred.

The office sits on Pleasant Hill Road, a short distance from Taylor Boulevard and Alhambra Avenue.

The high rating reflects the experience of customers who have visited the practice for pain relief and therapeutic healing.
